Ahh… Mortal Kombat 4. It brings back so many memories. All of the invisible face indulgings, body part rippings, and hands from (well, you take a nice guess) I can handle. This MK of the seires was a big leap into 3-D fighting world. The game even contains weapons that can even smack a foe, literally, in your face! The graphics aren’t top notch as today, but that’s obviously bound to happen with time, and it was a decent attempt at such. The other downside is that the game was remade for dreamcast and has extra fighters like the Edenian princess, the half-tarkatan replica, and Baraka, the true tarkatan warrior, but those grapics were a touch less in quality. With the graphics and more characters in the dreamcast, I’d give it a tight 4 out of 5. If you’re interested after reading this, have at it, and if you’re a fan of the N64, have at it, but if you”re a fan of all things Mortal Kombat, have at it, spread the word, and enjoy that bad boy!!!

It is a sequel to X-Men vs. Street Fighter which replaces most of the X-Men characters with characters from Marvel Super Heroes. In an attempt to balance the previous games’ problems, the game engine was altered, although it remained aesthetically the same. The game uses the same tag-team format previously employed in X-Men vs. Street Fighter. In addition to all the features introduced, the player can now summon their partner to perform one of their special moves without changing their currently-controlled character. Most of the Street Fighter characters from the previous game returned, with the exception of Cammy and Charlie, who are replaced by Dan and Sakura. However, all of the X-Men characters from the previous game (with the exception of Cyclops and Wolverine) are replaced with characters from Marvel Super Heroes (and Omega Red from X-Men). Like in X-Men vs. Street Fighter, the single-player mode consists of matches against other tag-teams and a two-on-one fight against Apocalypse. However, the match against the player’s default character and his partner is replaced with another two-on-one match, this time against a cyborg version of Akuma. The character who deals the finishing blow to Cyber-Akuma will have their ending played.

The sheep are spread all over the levels on platforms, but Sven can also find and collect items that either help him please the sheep by power up his abilities or award him with extra points.
There are also traps and opponents that have to be avoided or disabled. This can be done e.g. by collecting honey pots. With the honey from the pot, Sven can stop the annoying sheperd’s dog TAle who sticks to the honey, if he passes it.
Another feature is the sheep’s mood which is indicated by a weather symbol above their heads in form of a sun, a white or dark cloud or even lightning. If the sheep is in a bad mood, Sven has to improve its mood using the respective items (like an aphrodisiac) before he can get down to business.
